zenit-b, volume twenty-eight

Went through my zenit-archive to find something I haven't posted before. I also have two new rolls waiting to get developed, and I can barely remember what's on the first one. Kind of exciting! Leo took the third.

Yesterday was a really good food-day. For breakfast we had baguettes that Leo made the other day, vanilla rolls/buns (don't really know the correct term in english) with raspberries as a little afternoon snack, and for dinner we had the best pasta carbonara I've ever had. Seriously, I'm still thinking about it. Plus, since it's mother's day in Sweden today, we decided to make a black forest cake in the middle of the night. I made one into a smaller pastry as well (the last photo).

No stormy weather and horizontal rain today, so we went out into the yellow fields. Still getting to know the instax.

A girl named Annika made a drawing from one of my pictures! I think this is the first time someone has drawn a picture of me. You can see more of Annikas drawings at her blog!

Something different: I have a new email address that I've been trying to synchronize with my gmail (so that I can reach it from other computers), and it would be so nice if anyone would like to send me a quick message to help me see if it's working properly. fuji instax 210

Almost a month ago I bought a fuji instax 210 off ebay, and it finally arrived today! My post office actually had it on the 10th already, but they never sent me a message about it (or it got lost in the mail) until today, when I got a reminder saying that I needed to pick it up before it was returned to the sender. Anyway, the camera has to be one of the ugliest cameras ever, but I really like the wide format. After the rain stopped we took a little walk to try it out.

From yesterday.

200th polaroid

We drove/walked around for a couple of hours earlier today. Our first intention were to visit the abandoned house I mentioned in this post, but when we got there all the entrances were nailed shut and there was no way of getting in. A little sad. We decided to take a walk in the neighbourhood, and after turning around to go back to the car we were greeted by a huge dog that came running (and angrily barking) at us, so we had to take a long detour over the fields to avoid him.

I finally got the flashcubes working with my polaroid colorpack! Wasted a couple of frames on Fuji's FP100-film, and then I found a pack of 669-film in my fridge that I basically couldn't remember buying. My face looks awfully pink here, but nevermind. Now: movie and icecream!

Got four developed rolls of film in the mail this morning, so I've been scanning negatives all day long. Leo took the third one. Now it's almost 2:30AM and I should be sleeping.
