wednesday

I love finding unexpected things in the mail, and this brightened my whole day.

I can't remember what this technique is called, but it's a painting carved/burned into a piece of wood, by Uli! I love the owl on my head. Please visit Uli's blog, she does amazing things.

Among other things, I have barely had a chance to sit down by the computer since friday last week for some reason, so I must apologise for the lack of new entries. I'll be back on track now, hopefully.

  13. It's raster engraved with a laserprinter, first drawn with 0.05 inkpen.
    I'm glad you liked it!
Making people you don't really know happy almost makes you feel like Amelie a little (who you sort of look like by the way :)
