ReplyDeletewonderful. I've tried doing that once but it didn"t work, I haven't find pictures that would match together. But these two work perfectly together.

ReplyDeleteah yes i have loved doing this now and again. it feels like playing with strange magical puzzle pieces - fitting images together in all of these different ways, making old pictures look all new again. this one is very lovely.

to be true, i dont really like doubleexposures. but this one...its just like a dream!
ReplyDeletethanks a lot everyone! techincally it's not a double exposure, since it's two negatives with separate frames that I've put together in the scanner. but I guess it's basically the same effect, though I think doing it this way gives a little more clean image than if it were done straight in the camera :)
ReplyDeletethis was the first one I did, and the only one that worked. the scanner didn't seem to like what I was doing when I tried a couple of more frames after this one.

ReplyDeleteI was going to comment on the beauty of taking pictures of projections having the body as support ... Although the experimental support is still a projection, no?
