summer rain & margaret durow
I had a plan to wake up early today since I have the house all to myself, but instead I slept until 1:30PM. It's been raining all day, which feels kind of nice when looking out the window, but it's really dark and depressing. One thing that brightened this day was this book that came in the mail; Margaret Durow - Looking the world over, a series of black and white photographs. You can pick up a copy here (only 10 euro!), and you can see more of Margaret's work at her website.

ReplyDeleteis there any chance to buy a book with your photographs?
kathrin: lovely :) and yes, there is, follow this link: www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/789285. I made it about a year ago, so there's mostly polaroids and digital photos included.
ReplyDeleteSv. tack så väldigt mycket! Förstår att du ångrar dig lite! Det var väldigt trevligt!
ReplyDeleteWhen I get older I want to have a huge collection of art books. Right now I have very few. They are very expensive in Norway..
ReplyDeletepatrik: får hoppas på bra bokningar nästa år.
ReplyDeletetiril: me too. I have a couple of photography books that I've gotten as birthday gifts and for christmas, which I'm very thankful for. can't really afford it either. luckily there's more independent publications, such as margaret's book, which aren't as expensive :)
Your blog is really great!!
ReplyDeletepstrange: I'm glad you think so, thanks!
ReplyDeleteOh, I just love her work. She has such a keen eye to be so young! But maybe age has nothing to do with it.
