breakfast, 8.5 km & ice cream


Yesterday's breakfast, scones with blueberry/raspberry jam (made the night before, omg).
After that we took the car, drove and parked it near the shoreline, walked 8,5 km and bought ice cream that melted so fast I barely had a chance to feel the taste.

    1. Absolutely! :) Not sure what measuring system you are used to, but you can probably find a converter if you need one.

      3 dl milk of your choice (I used almond this time, but I think using regular milk makes them better)
      100 g butter
      7-8 dl flour
      4 tbsp baking powder
      1 tbsp salt

      Mix everything together, either by hand or in a food processor, then divide the dough into as many pieces you want, and bake at 225C for 10-15 minutes (or maybe if you made big ones).
