A little tin calendar globe we found at a local thrift store. I love this little thing so much. You have to change the date each day by twisting the globe towards you, and this makes a new number pop down. It's so charming.
A dinner in may. Bacon & broccoli pie with a huge salad (half eaten, though).
May was such a warm month during some periods. Quite a contrast to the weather we've been having at the moment - I've had to wear a coat and a thick winter scarf (in june!) in order not to freeze on my way to and from work for the last two weeks.
I made a tosca cake one day, it didn't turn out as good as it normally does though, but nevermind. We ate it all in two days.
White lilacs from my parents garden, probably my favourite flower in the world. I couldn't resist picking a few of them to have in our bedroom window.
We celebrated our move-in with sunday brunch during the first weekend of our stay in our new home. Pancakes, scones, eggs, bacon, etc.
I spent one afternoon on the floor, listening to records, reading and eating ice cream.
These are all digital frames I've had on my camera(s) for a while. We still have a few things to set up in the apartment, but you will get a tour, as promised, soon. If you're following me on instagram I'm sure you have seen a few details of it already.
just perfect.

You're too adorable! I wish I had the patience to cook, everytime I take a look at your pics I feel like my eating habits suck!
ReplyDeleteaw, thank you! cooking doesn't have to be hard or take a lot of time, I usually just try to make simple things that I know how to make without a recipe and then put a little personal spin on it :)
Deleteso charming!
ReplyDeleteWhat photo app do you use for your Instagram-photos?
ReplyDeleteI use the filters provided by the instagram app itself, mostly rise or amaro. however, if I don't like the outcome of a snapped picture (which happens every now and then) I use pictureshow or snapseed to edit a little further.
