    1. Oh, of course! We don't really use a recipe though, but all you need is to find a recipe for pizza dough (made with yeast, not baking powder), make some tomato sauce (or buy if you don't want to make it) and choose whatever you like to have on top! We had mushrooms, salami, pineapple and mozzarella on this one, and then I always finish it off with some salad (usually spinach or arugula) on top.

To cook it all you need to do is heat up some oil in a frying pan made of cast iron (it needs to be safe to use in the oven as well, so no wood handle or anything). When it feels hot enough, take it off the stove and place the dough in the pan and press it out, then you can add your topping. Put it in the oven and leave it there until you think it looks finished (we had a temperature of about 250-275 degrees celsius). Make sure to put it at the bottom of the oven as well. And then it's finished after about 10-15 minutes, depends on how you want it to look! :)

    1. That is one thing I really dislike about instagram as well. I'm really thankful that there's at least some filters that are neutral. Thank you!

    1. Here is the recipe that Leo always use (sorry for a bad translation though):

      For two pizzas:

      300 grams wheat flour
      160 ml tepid water
      2 tablespoons of olive oil
      1 teaspoon sugar
      6,25 grams yeast (not dry)
      6 grams of salt

      1. Mix sugar and yeast in the water and let it set for a few minutes.
      2. Add the olive oil.
      3. Pour flour and salt into the oil/water/yeast-liquid, a little at a time.
      4. Work the dough for at least 10 minutes, by hand or with a machine.
      5. Cut the dough in half and shape both pieces into smooth balls with a tight surface. If you very lightly press the dough with a finger the "hole" should pop right back to its original position.
      6. Put them on a plate and cover with some plastic (a towel can make them dry).
      7. Let them rise in room temperature for about 30-40 minutes.
      8. Put them in the refrigerator and let them rise for at least 2-4 hours (we usually leave them in the fridge much longer though, we made a batch last night that will sit in the fridge for about 15 hours or something, and I think it makes both taste and consistency better).

And then you can use the pieces to make your pizzas like I described farther up in the comments :)

    1. Aw, thank you! I really understand why instagram is disliked by many, but at the same time I think some people are judging it waaay too hard. I mean, it is a fun and easy way to share your world - and that is basically all there is to it. It really doesn't have anything to do with 'real' photography (except for the people who keep posting pictures that they originally shot with their dslr or whatever, that just ruins the whole point!), in my honest opinion. I'm sure that some people consider adding filters to your photos "cheating" and that it is a wrong way to make cellphone photos look good, but truthfully I can't see how it is any different from how people edit the shit out of their regular digital photos or even their analogue ones.

I realize that you didn't ask, haha, but after I read your comment I couldn't resist sharing some of my own thoughts about it. To me, instagram is harmless and just plain fun.
